Cost

What does Raeliva cost?

Raeliva’s compounded tirzepatide shots are $299 a month on its monthly plan, and $242 a month on its 6-month plan, billed $1,450 up front. Its tablets cost more; its microdose plans are $149 a month.

From Raeliva’s tirzepatide, semaglutide, tirzepatide tablet, semaglutide tablet and microdose pages, read November 1, 2026. Shots and tablets are the same price at every dose. Its FAQ calls the monthly figure on a longer plan “the effective rate”: the plan is billed up front.

NexLife Price Match Guarantee†. Already on compounded tirzepatide or semaglutide with another licensed provider, and paying less? We match your regular monthly price. How it works

Longer plans are paid up front. Raeliva’s FAQ says a 3- or 6-month plan is billed “upfront, as a single charge.” A 6-month tirzepatide plan is $1,450, billed once, and it ships in two shipments because of medication shelf life.

No membership fee, one price at every dose. The price includes your medication, provider review, refill coordination, shipping and support. Lab work, if a provider requires it, may be billed separately; Raeliva says you’re told before anything is ordered.

Promo codes are one-time. Its FAQ says a code is valid for a single use; later orders bill at your plan’s standard rate.

Microdose plans are a different program. Raeliva lists microdose tirzepatide and semaglutide at $149 a month, “offered for metabolic support as part of a longevity plan rather than for weight loss.” Its own page adds that “Microdosing is not an FDA-approved dosing regimen” (tirzepatide, semaglutide).

Against the market, $299 is above the $237 median month-to-month price of the 14 compounded tirzepatide programs in our GLP-1 price index, where Raeliva is listed (checked November 1, 2026).

Pharmacies

Who fills Raeliva prescriptions?

Six pharmacies, which Raeliva names on its FAQ and About pages. Which one fills yours depends on your prescription and where you are.

  • Belmar Pharmacy
  • Strive Pharmacy
  • Epiq Scripts
  • Casa Pharma Rx
  • The Pharmacy Hub
  • Foothills Pharmacy

From Raeliva’s FAQ and About page, read November 1, 2026. Raeliva says each pharmacy works under its own state license, and the one that prepared your medicine is named on your shipment.

Why the pharmacy matters. Raeliva’s FAQ says to follow the dosing instructions that come with your shipment, because “concentrations differ between pharmacies and between prescriptions.” Your dose is prescribed in milligrams; the units you draw depend on your vial’s strength.

Questions go to Raeliva. Its FAQ says you can call the pharmacy about a package it sent, but anything about your plan, order or dose goes to Raeliva or your care team.

At NexLife, two state-licensed 503A partner pharmacies fill prescriptions: Absolute Pharmacy in Lutz, Florida, and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Questions about your order come to us, and we follow up with the pharmacy. Here’s how to check any compounding pharmacy.

In their words

Who oversees Raeliva’s pharmacies, and why can vial strength vary?

Raeliva says each of its six pharmacies works under its own state license; the FDA explains who oversees such pharmacies:

“Generally, state boards of pharmacy have primary responsibility for the day-to-day oversight of state-licensed pharmacies that are not registered with FDA as outsourcing facilities.”

U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Compounding and the FDA: Questions and Answers

With six pharmacies, the strength in your vial can vary, so follow the label on each shipment; the FDA explains why:

“Product concentrations also may vary depending on the compounder, and a single compounder may offer multiple concentrations of compounded semaglutide products.”

U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA alerts health care providers, compounders and patients of dosing errors associated with compounded injectable semaglutide products

How it works

How does Raeliva work, and how do you cancel?

Online, with no appointment: an assessment, a provider review, then a pharmacy ships your plan. You cancel by email or text, with no cancellation fee.

  1. An online assessment

No appointment needed, Raeliva says. If you’re switching, its FAQ asks you to be specific about your current medication, your dose and how long you’ve been on it.

  2. A provider review

A licensed provider reviews it and may contact you by text or email. If treatment isn’t right for you, there’s nothing to pay.

  3. A pharmacy fills it

Orders typically arrive within 3 to 5 days of the provider’s approval, Raeliva says. Shots ship refrigerated, with cold packs.

  4. Check-ins for refills

Toward the end of your plan, you fill in a check-in form and a provider decides your next dose. You can also ask for a refill in the portal.

Already on a GLP-1? Raeliva says its providers review your prescription history and, when clinically appropriate, continue you at your established dose instead of starting over at 0.25 mg. It adds that this is a provider’s decision and isn’t guaranteed.

Canceling and refunds

  • How: email support@raeliva.com, or message your care team by text or email. You get written confirmation.
  • Charges: none once your cancellation is confirmed, and there’s no cancellation fee or long-term contract, its FAQ says.
  • Refunds: a full refund if you cancel before your order is processed or shipped. Refunds also cover duplicate charges, orders not received because of a verified shipping or pharmacy error, and a provider’s decision that treatment can’t go ahead. None for medication already shipped or a completed consultation.
  • Who bills you: CareValidate charges your payment method and processes refunds and cancellations under its own subscription and refund terms, Raeliva says. CareValidate’s patient-support team is at (844) 566-4571.

From Raeliva’s FAQ, refund policy and how-this-site-works page, read November 1, 2026.

At NexLife, plans renew until you cancel by email, with 30 days’ notice from the day we receive it, and shipped medication isn’t refundable. Not prescribed? No charge for medication.

Reviews

What do Raeliva reviews say?

A small sample so far: 16 Trustpilot reviews, 87% of them five-star, for a 4.2 rating.

  • 4.2 out of 5 on Trustpilot from 16 reviews
  • 87% of its reviews give five stars and 13% give one star
  • 100% of negative reviews get a reply usually within 48 hours, Trustpilot says

A short record. Raeliva claimed its Trustpilot profile in June 2026, and its 16 reviews date from August to early October 2026 (read November 1, 2026). On a profile this small, 13% is two reviews.

From Raeliva’s Trustpilot profile, read November 1, 2026. Reviews are individual reports, not Raeliva’s policy, and experiences vary.

Reading other reviews of Raeliva? PolicyLab, a comparison site that reviews Raeliva, discloses on its oral-tirzepatide page (read November 1, 2026): “Policy Lab and Raeliva are both operated by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, so Policy Lab has a financial interest in Raeliva. Raeliva is evaluated with the same criteria as every other provider on this page.”

Raeliva’s home page also says the patient count it shows covers patients treated “across Pacific Shores Research Group telehealth platforms, including onlinesemaglutide.org,” and “is not a count of Raeliva patients alone.”

NexLife, for comparison, is rated 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, from 407 reviews (read November 1, 2026).

  • You want to stop without a notice period: Raeliva says no further charges occur once your cancellation is confirmed. NexLife asks for 30 days’ notice.

NexLife may suit you better if

  • You want to pay less for tirzepatide shots on each plan length: $169 month to month against Raeliva’s $299, $159 a month on 3 months against $267, and $149 on 6 months against $242.

U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Compounding and the FDA: Questions and Answers

Prefer a tablet? Here’s how sublingual tirzepatide and sublingual semaglutide work.

At NexLife

Switching from Raeliva, step by step

Time it to your plan. Raeliva’s longer plans are paid up front, and shipped medication isn’t refundable, so the end of a plan is the natural moment.

  1. Email support@raeliva.com or message your care team, and keep the written confirmation. Raeliva says no further charges occur once it’s confirmed.

  2. Your dose in milligrams, your vial’s strength in mg per mL and the pharmacy named on your shipment. A photo of the label helps.

  3. A licensed provider reviews your history and your current dose online and decides whether to continue it.

  4. For shots, NexLife’s listed prices are already below Raeliva’s on each plan length, so most switchers won’t need our Price Match Guarantee†: tirzepatide is $139 a month on the 12-month plan or $169 month to month. Paying less at another licensed provider? It matches a regular monthly price, with a receipt from the last 60 days. See the terms.

New vial, new units. Raeliva’s own FAQ says concentrations differ between pharmacies, so the units you drew there may not match your new vial. Your dose in milligrams is what carries over: follow your new label, and check the math with our tirzepatide dosage chart.

One number from then on. Questions about your order come to us, 24/7, at (949) 818-8000, and we follow up with the pharmacy for you.

Vial math

How many units is your tirzepatide or semaglutide dose?

On a compounded vial, the units depend on its strength. Here are the label doses at example strengths, with the math to check your own.

Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide doses on Zepbound’s label, with the volume and units on a U-100 syringe at an example strength of 25 mg per mL; your vial’s label decides
DosemL at 25 mg/mLUnits (U-100)On the label
2.5 mg0.1 mL10 unitsStarting dose, for 4 weeks
5 mg0.2 mL20 unitsA maintenance dose
7.5 mg0.3 mL30 unitsA step up
10 mg0.4 mL40 unitsA maintenance dose
12.5 mg0.5 mL50 unitsA step up
15 mg0.6 mL60 unitsThe maximum, and a maintenance dose

The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL), and units = mL × 100. At 25 mg/mL, 10 mg is 10 ÷ 25 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units.

Semaglutide

Semaglutide dose steps from the Wegovy label, with the volume and units on a U-100 syringe at two example strengths, 2.5 mg/mL and 5 mg/mL
WeeksWeekly doseAt 2.5 mg/mLAt 5 mg/mL
1 to 40.25 mg0.1 mL (10 units)0.05 mL (5 units)
5 to 80.5 mg0.2 mL (20 units)0.1 mL (10 units)
9 to 121 mg0.4 mL (40 units)0.2 mL (20 units)
13 to 161.7 mg0.68 mL (68 units)0.34 mL (34 units)
17 onward2.4 mg0.96 mL (96 units)0.48 mL (48 units)

The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL); units = mL × 100. At 2.5 mg/mL, 1 mg is 1 ÷ 2.5 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units. At 5 mg/mL, the same 1 mg is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.

25 mg per mL is an example only: it’s the strength of the 15 mg multi-dose vial on Zepbound’s label (15 mg per 0.6 mL). Read the strength on your own vial’s label; your provider sets your dose, in steps at least 4 weeks apart. Every step: the tirzepatide dosage chart. Both strengths are examples only. The same dose is a different number of units at a different strength, so read the strength on your own vial’s label. Your prescription sets your dose and schedule, which may differ from these label steps. Every step: the semaglutide dosage chart.

How much does Raeliva cost?

Raeliva charges $299 a month for compounded tirzepatide, or $242 a month on a 6-month plan paid up front (checked November 1, 2026). Its 3-month plan is $267 a month, billed $800 up front, and the same price applies at every dose. At NexLife, compounded tirzepatide is $139 a month on the 12-month plan or $169 month to month.

How much is Raeliva semaglutide?

Raeliva’s compounded semaglutide shots are $219 a month on its monthly plan, $167 a month on 3 months (billed $500) or $150 on 6 months (billed $900), at every dose (checked November 1, 2026). Its tablets are $260, $183 or $167 a month. At NexLife, compounded semaglutide is $119 a month on the 12-month plan or $139 month to month.

Is Raeliva legit?

Raeliva is a real, named program, run by Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, of San Diego. Lion MDs, whose two lead physicians it names with NPI numbers, provides care; six named pharmacies fill its prescriptions. Its pages say its compounded medicines aren’t FDA-approved. Trustpilot rates it 4.2 out of 5, from 16 reviews (read November 1, 2026).

Who runs Raeliva?

Pacific Shores Research Group, LLC, a California company in San Diego, operates Raeliva, its About page and terms say. Visits, prescriptions and billing run on CareValidate’s CareGLP platform. PolicyLab, a comparison site that reviews Raeliva, discloses that the same company runs both, so PolicyLab “has a financial interest in Raeliva” (read November 1, 2026).

Does Raeliva charge more at higher doses?

No. Raeliva says your monthly price is tied to your plan, not your dose, so moving up doesn’t change what you pay. NexLife works the same way: compounded tirzepatide is $139 a month on the 12-month plan, or $169 month to month, at every dose.

What pharmacies does Raeliva use?

Six, which Raeliva names: Belmar Pharmacy, Strive Pharmacy, Epiq Scripts, Casa Pharma Rx, The Pharmacy Hub and Foothills Pharmacy (checked November 1, 2026). Which one fills yours depends on your prescription and where you are. NexLife uses two state-licensed partner pharmacies: Absolute Pharmacy in Lutz, Florida, and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

Does Raeliva offer microdosing?

Yes. On November 1, 2026, Raeliva listed microdose tirzepatide and microdose semaglutide at $149 a month each, “offered for metabolic support as part of a longevity plan rather than for weight loss.” Its own page says “Microdosing is not an FDA-approved dosing regimen,” and that the trials behind the approved GLP-1 medicines studied standard doses.

Does Raeliva have a membership fee?

No. Raeliva says it has no membership fees, and that you aren’t charged if a provider finds treatment isn’t right for you. Its 3- and 6-month plans are billed up front, every 3 or 6 months. Cancellation is by email or by messaging its care team.

What do Raeliva reviews say?

Its Trustpilot profile is small: 4.2 out of 5 from 16 reviews, with 87% five-star and 13% one-star (checked November 1, 2026). Trustpilot says Raeliva has replied to all of its negative reviews, usually within 48 hours. These are individual experiences, not Raeliva’s policy.

Can I switch from Raeliva to NexLife?

Yes. Start a 3-minute assessment and share your current dose in milligrams and your vial label. A licensed provider reviews it, and a partner pharmacy fills your prescription if it’s right for you. Units can change with a new vial’s strength, so follow your new label.

How do I cancel Raeliva?

Email support@raeliva.com or message your care team by text or email, and keep the written confirmation. Raeliva’s FAQ says there’s no cancellation fee or long-term contract, and no further charges once your cancellation is confirmed. At NexLife, you cancel by email, effective 30 days after we receive it.

Does Raeliva give refunds?

Only in some cases. Raeliva gives a full refund if you cancel before your order is processed or shipped. Refunds also cover duplicate charges, orders not received because of a verified shipping or pharmacy error and a provider’s decision that treatment can’t go ahead. Shipped medication and completed consultations aren’t refunded.

How much are Raeliva’s tirzepatide tablets?

Raeliva’s compounded tirzepatide tablets, taken daily under the tongue, are $359 a month on its monthly plan, $283 a month on 3 months (billed $850 up front) or $267 on 6 months (billed $1,600), the same at every dose (read November 1, 2026). Its tirzepatide shots cost less: $299 a month on its monthly plan.

Important safety information

Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A provider prescribes them only when they offer a significant difference for you compared with an FDA-approved product. Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer: don’t use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

Read the full safety information

In studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and a faster heart rate. Tell your care team before any surgery or procedure that uses anesthesia or deep sedation. Don’t combine either medicine with other GLP-1 medicines.

Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Both medicines may harm an unborn baby. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider right away if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.

This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your provider. You can report side effects to the FDA at 1-800-FDA-1088 or fda.gov/medwatch.
