NexLife Price Match Guarantee†. Already on compounded semaglutide with another licensed provider, and paying less? We match your regular monthly price. How it works
NexLife is $119 a month on the 12-month plan, or $139 month to month, the same at every dose. Compounded prices are all in, from each program’s own site; Wegovy prices are Novo Nordisk’s self-pay prices for the medication alone. Compounded semaglutide isn’t FDA-approved; Wegovy is.
What each dose costs, program by program: semaglutide price by dose. Who adds a membership on top: semaglutide without a membership fee. How they compare beyond price: best semaglutide providers.
Is flat-rate semaglutide a promo price?
No. A promo price is a sale, like MEDVi’s $99 first month before its $199 monthly price (checked November 1, 2026). A flat rate is the regular price, the same at every dose, every month. Ten of the 17 programs in our index charge that way. Your dose should follow your body; your price shouldn’t.
- Doses rise. Your prescriber adjusts your dose as you go. That’s how treatment works.
- Prices often follow. Many programs charge more at every step up.
- Totals stay hidden. Month six is rarely the price you saw on day one.
Flat-rate semaglutide at NexLife: not a promo rate, the rate
- One price, every dose. $119 a month for semaglutide and $139 for tirzepatide on 12-month plans ($139 and $169 month to month), every month.
- Care included. A physician review, a nutrition plan and a coaching call.
- Nothing on top. No membership, and free expedited shipping on every order.

Budgeting
Why is tiered semaglutide pricing hard to budget?
Because the price moves every time the dose does, and the dose moves often. A tiered price can rise several times before you reach the maintenance dose. Mochi Health’s $139, for one, is its lowest-dose price (checked November 1, 2026). On a flat rate, the price at 2.4 mg is the price you start with.
The dose climbs fast. Wegovy’s label steps up every 4 weeks, reaching 2.4 mg in week 17.
Tiers hide in ranges. A “from” price, like Mochi Health’s $139, usually means the lowest dose only.
Flat means the price doesn’t change with your dose. At NexLife the price doesn’t move when your dose does.
Read the price
How can you tell if a semaglutide price is flat?
A flat price names one amount for every dose, from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. A tiered price is tied to a dose, a dose range or a first month. In our index, 10 of the 17 programs are flat (checked November 1, 2026). The words beside the price tell you which.
- “At the lowest dose” means tiered. Mochi Health’s $139 is its lowest-dose price, and it rises with yours.
- Prices by dose range mean tiered. Shapely charges $238 at low to mid doses and $278 at high doses.
- “First month” is a sale, not the rate. MEDVi is $99 for the first month, then $199.
- “Every 4 weeks” means 13 bills a year. Remedy Meds’ $299 every 4 weeks works out to about $324 a month.
- “The same at every dose” is flat. PreventiveMD, Ondra Health, Cora, Rx.com, Refills, Raeliva, Embody and NexLife say so.
Step by step
How do you get flat-rate semaglutide, step by step?
Six steps, from reading the price to getting started, using our
- Confirm the price is flat. A flat price names one amount from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. “At the lowest dose” or a price by dose range means tiered, as at Mochi Health and Shapely.
- Find the regular rate. “First month” marks a sale, not the rate: MEDVi is $99, then $199. “Every 4 weeks” means 13 bills a year, so Remedy Meds’ $299 is about $324 a month.
- Budget at 2.4 mg. On Wegovy’s label, the dose steps up every 4 weeks and reaches 2.4 mg in week 17. On a flat rate, the price at 2.4 mg is the price you start with.
- Compare flat prices. Month to month, the ten flat programs in our price index run $119 to $299. NexLife is flat on every plan: $119 a month on the 12-month plan, or $139 month to month.
- Start your intake. At NexLife, the online health questions take about 3 minutes, and you don’t need insurance. Your provider decides whether treatment is right for you; if you’re not prescribed, there’s no charge for medication.
- Switching? Ask for a price match. Paying less for compounded semaglutide elsewhere? NexLife matches your regular monthly price from another licensed U.S. telehealth provider or clinic.†

In their words
What does the FDA say about flat-rate semaglutide and Wegovy?
Three lines on what a price doesn’t settle: Wegovy’s top dose, your vial’s strength and the approval.
Wegovy’s pen is nearly flat, $349 a month after two starter fills, but the newer 7.2 mg dose costs $399:
“The U.S. Food and Drug Administration today approved a new higher dose (7.2 mg) of Wegovy (semaglutide) injection, called Wegovy HD, for weight loss and long-term maintenance of weight loss for certain adult patients.”
U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA approves fourth product under National Priority Voucher program, higher dose semaglutide, March 19, 2026
A flat price covers your dose, but the units you draw depend on your vial’s strength, which varies:
“Product concentrations also may vary depending on the compounder, and a single compounder may offer multiple concentrations of compounded semaglutide products.”
U.S. Food and Drug Administration, FDA alerts health care providers, compounders and patients of dosing errors associated with compounded injectable semaglutide products
Whatever the price, here’s what separates compounded semaglutide from Wegovy:
“Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. This means that FDA does not verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded drugs before they are marketed.”

NexLife
Does NexLife charge the same at every dose?
Yes. Ten of the 17 programs in our price index keep one price at every dose, and NexLife is one of them (checked November 1, 2026). Compounded semaglutide at NexLife is $119 a month on the 12-month plan, $125 on 6 months, $132 on 3 months or $139 month to month, from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg.
| Plan | Per month | Same at every dose? |
|---|---|---|
| 12-month plan | $119 | Yes |
| 6-month plan | $125 | Yes |
| 3-month plan | $132 | Yes |
| Month to month | $139 | Yes |

Vial math
How many units is your semaglutide dose?
It depends on your vial’s strength. Here are the Wegovy label’s dose steps at two example strengths.
| Weeks | Weekly dose | At 2.5 mg/mL | At 5 mg/mL |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 4 | 0.25 mg | 0.1 mL (10 units) | 0.05 mL (5 units) |
| 5 to 8 | 0.5 mg | 0.2 mL (20 units) | 0.1 mL (10 units) |
| 9 to 12 | 1 mg | 0.4 mL (40 units) | 0.2 mL (20 units) |
| 13 to 16 | 1.7 mg | 0.68 mL (68 units) | 0.34 mL (34 units) |
| 17 onward | 2.4 mg | 0.96 mL (96 units) | 0.48 mL (48 units) |
The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL); units = mL × 100. At 2.5 mg/mL, 1 mg is 1 ÷ 2.5 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units. At 5 mg/mL, the same 1 mg is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.
Both strengths are examples only. The same dose is a different number of units at a different strength, so read the strength on your own vial’s label. Your prescription sets your dose and schedule, which may differ from these label steps. Every step: the semaglutide dosage chart.

Will my semaglutide price go up when my dose goes up?
It depends on the program. At programs that price by dose, it can rise as your dose does: Mochi Health’s $139, for example, is its lowest-dose price. At NexLife your price stays $119 a month on a 12-month plan, or $139 month to month, from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg.
Is flat-rate semaglutide worth it at low doses?
It can be, because low doses don’t last long. Wegovy’s label steps up the dose every 4 weeks and reaches 2.4 mg in week 17, so a low-dose price rarely holds. On a flat rate, the price at 2.4 mg is the one you start at, which makes the whole year easier to budget.
Is flat-rate semaglutide always cheaper?
Not always. A program that prices by dose can match a flat price while your dose is low: Mochi Health is $139 a month at its lowest dose (checked November 1, 2026). As your dose rises, so does its price. NexLife is $119 a month on the 12-month plan, or $139 month to month, at every dose.

Is semaglutide billed every 4 weeks a monthly price?
No. Every 4 weeks means 13 charges a year, not 12. Remedy Meds bills $179 for the first 4 weeks, then $299 every 4 weeks: $3,767 over a year (checked November 1, 2026). That’s about $324 a month at the regular rate, not $299.
Will NexLife match my current semaglutide price?
Yes, if you’re switching from another licensed U.S. telehealth provider or clinic. Our Price Match Guarantee† matches your regular all-in monthly price, with proof from the last 60 days; first-month offers and prepaid rates aren’t matched. A licensed provider must decide treatment is right for you, and it isn’t open to people with Medicare, Medicaid or TRICARE coverage.
What’s included in NexLife’s flat semaglutide price?
Provider care, the medication, a nutrition plan, a 1:1 coaching call, shipping and 24/7 support, with no membership fee. Compounded semaglutide at NexLife is $119 a month on the 12-month plan, $125 on 6 months, $132 on 3 months or $139 month to month, from 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg. It isn’t FDA-approved.
Is flat-rate compounded semaglutide FDA-approved?
No. Compounded semaglutide isn’t FDA-approved; Wegovy is. The FDA says it doesn’t verify the safety, effectiveness or quality of compounded drugs before they’re marketed. A licensed provider prescribes it only when it offers a significant difference for you.
Important safety information
Compounded tirzepatide and semaglutide are not FDA-approved, and the FDA hasn’t reviewed them for safety, effectiveness or quality. A provider prescribes them only when they offer a significant difference for you compared with an FDA-approved product. Both medicines may cause thyroid tumors, including cancer: don’t use either if you or a family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) or multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2).

In studies with rodents, both medicines caused thyroid tumors; it isn’t known whether they cause them in people. Tell your provider if you notice a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing or shortness of breath. Serious side effects can include inflammation of the pancreas (pancreatitis), gallbladder problems, low blood sugar (especially with insulin or sulfonylureas), kidney problems from dehydration, severe stomach problems, serious allergic reactions, vision changes in people with type 2 diabetes, and a faster heart rate. Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase.
