The price could change. Its pages say “Same price every month. No price hike.” When we read it on November 1, 2026, its home page also showed “Was $299” and “Now starting at $99” beside a countdown, “Price increases in,” with about three and a half days left. Its pages didn’t say what new members would pay after that. A banner also offered 15% off with a Black Friday code.

Paying. It doesn’t use insurance: its terms say no claims go to Medicare, Medicaid or private insurers. Its site calls the program FSA eligible. Here’s how HSA and FSA cards work for tirzepatide.
Refunds
Can you get a refund or cancel Trinity Meds?
Payments are final once made, with one medical exception, and canceling stops only future charges. Here’s what its policy says.
- Payments are final. Its policy says: “ALL PAYMENTS FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.” That covers single-month, multi-month and bundled plans, used or not.
- Not using it doesn’t change that. Not finishing your intake, missing a consultation or not filling a prescription doesn’t entitle you to a refund, it says.
- The one exception: if a provider finds you not clinically eligible, your subscription is canceled and you’re refunded for the current term, less a $35 service fee charged by OpenLoop, the medical provider group. Refunds can take up to 4 to 5 business days to appear.
- Canceling: any time, by phone (+1 253-650-6969), by email (care@trinitymeds.com) or in its patient portal. Canceling stops future billing only.
- The 72-hour rule: your request must arrive at least 72 hours before your next billing date. Inside that window, you’re charged for the next cycle, and that charge isn’t refunded.
- After you cancel: you keep your services through the end of the term you’ve paid for.
- Multi-month plans: sold as one purchase and not refundable in whole or in part, including months with no shipment.
- Medications: not returnable or refundable. The pharmacy replaces a wrong item, and may replace a damaged one once it sees evidence of the damage; replacement is the only remedy.
- Disputed charges: it asks you to contact its support team before you dispute a charge with your bank.
From Trinity Meds’ cancellation and refund policy (last updated August 25, 2026) and terms of service (last updated May 6, 2026), read November 1, 2026. Its FAQ also says you can “pause or cancel your membership at any time.”

The common complaints. Most reviews we read were one star. They describe refund requests turned down, charges people didn’t expect (after asking to cancel, or before a refill arrived), late or missing shipments, a dose other than the one they expected, and support that was hard to reach.
What the positive reviews say. The few four- and five-star reviews we read praise steady deliveries, same-day replies in the patient portal and a price that stayed the same when the dose went up.
Refunds come up most. Its written policy, set out above, makes payments final except after a medical disqualification.

Vial math
How many units is your tirzepatide or semaglutide dose?
On a compounded vial, the units depend on its strength. Here are the label doses at example strengths, with the math to check your own.
Tirzepatide
| Dose | mL at 25 mg/mL | Units (U-100) | On the label |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2.5 mg | 0.1 mL | 10 units | Starting dose, for 4 weeks |
| 5 mg | 0.2 mL | 20 units | A maintenance dose |
| 7.5 mg | 0.3 mL | 30 units | A step up |
| 10 mg | 0.4 mL | 40 units | A maintenance dose |
| 12.5 mg | 0.5 mL | 50 units | A step up |
| 15 mg | 0.6 mL | 60 units | The maximum, and a maintenance dose |
The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL), and units = mL × 100. At 25 mg/mL, 10 mg is 10 ÷ 25 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units.
Semaglutide
| Weeks | Weekly dose | At 2.5 mg/mL | At 5 mg/mL |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 4 | 0.25 mg | 0.1 mL (10 units) | 0.05 mL (5 units) |
| 5 to 8 | 0.5 mg | 0.2 mL (20 units) | 0.1 mL (10 units) |
| 9 to 12 | 1 mg | 0.4 mL (40 units) | 0.2 mL (20 units) |
| 13 to 16 | 1.7 mg | 0.68 mL (68 units) | 0.34 mL (34 units) |
| 17 onward | 2.4 mg | 0.96 mL (96 units) | 0.48 mL (48 units) |
The math: mL = dose ÷ strength (mg per mL); units = mL × 100. At 2.5 mg/mL, 1 mg is 1 ÷ 2.5 = 0.4 mL, or 40 units. At 5 mg/mL, the same 1 mg is 0.2 mL, or 20 units.
25 mg per mL is an example only: it’s the strength of the 15 mg multi-dose vial on Zepbound’s label (15 mg per 0.6 mL). Read the strength on your own vial’s label; your provider sets your dose, in steps at least 4 weeks apart. Every step: the tirzepatide dosage chart. Both strengths are examples only. The same dose is a different number of units at a different strength, so read the strength on your own vial’s label. Your prescription sets your dose and schedule, which may differ from these label steps. Every step: the semaglutide dosage chart.

Tirzepatide can make birth control pills less effective: switch to a non-oral method, or add a barrier method such as condoms, for 4 weeks after you start and for 4 weeks after each dose increase. Both medicines may harm an unborn baby. Semaglutide should be stopped at least 2 months before a planned pregnancy. Tell your provider right away if you’re pregnant, planning to be, or breastfeeding.
This is a summary, not the complete safety information. Read the full Prescribing Information for FDA-approved tirzepatide (Zepbound) and semaglutide (Wegovy), and talk with your provider. You can report side effects to the FDA at

Trinity Meds’ prices, terms and ratings checked November 1, 2026.
- How we checked. Trinity Meds’ prices and terms come from its home page, About page, contact page, cancellation and refund policy (last updated August 25, 2026) and terms of service (last updated May 6, 2026), read on November 1, 2026. We didn’t create an account or start its assessment. 12-month figures are our math. Ratings come from its Trustpilot profile, read the same day; reviews are individual reports, not Trinity Meds’ policy. Cora’s and Ondra Health’s prices come from their own pages, read November 1, 2026, and NexLife’s from its pricing page, read November 1, 2026. NexLife publishes this review and offers a competing program, so we say plainly where Trinity Meds costs less or fits better.
